This was a major renovation of an upper level of a single family residence. The existing house had an open floor plan with a enclosed kitchen in the middle of the floor. We moved the kitchen to the end of the great room and opened up the floor for better flow and view.
European prefinished wood floors and wood cabinets, concrete tiles, white subway tiles, marble counter tops unified the space and the design. Accent pieces such as antique mirrors in niches above the kitchen sink and painted wood boards on the walls added magic to the space.
