This project started as a new deck and new master bathroom remodel but in the end the whole house had changed. The client was interested in a more modern farm house / ranch home with better access to the rear yard with opportunities to entertain large groups of people.
The new expansive deck allowed immediate access from the main floor to the rear yard as well as better visual connection to the beautiful redwood trees. Concrete tiles, black plumbing fixtures, European white oak floors were used on the project.
